As the founder of “Ballet on Shoulder”, Wu Zhengdan never forgets the responsibilities and mission of literary and artistic workers, constantly improves her artistic accomplishment, and strives to continue the development of "Ballet on Shoulder", a stunt created by the Chinese. Not only has she broken the Guinness World Record of "standing by single foot toe on head and rotating for 4 rounds" set by herself, she has also trained three groups of excellent “Ballet on Shoulder” successors. In 2014, she was fortunate to be selected as one of the 72 representatives to participate in the symposium on literary and art work chaired by President Xi Jinping and was cordially received by His Excellency. Though having achieved so much, she never stops moving forward. She has not only completed the study of the Royal Academy of Dance and become a registered teacher of ballet in the Royal Academy of Dance, but also completed the courses of EMBA, striving to become an all-round talent on arts and management. After retiring from the Soldiers Acrobatic Troupe of Guangzhou Military Region, she has been hired as the General Manager and Artistic Director of the Guangzhou Acrobatic Arts Theater since April 2019. In early 2020, she led the theater team to participate in the 41st "Le Cirque de Demain” International Circus Festival in France and won the Presidential Award of the French Republic.
